1. Design Finalisation : Share inspiration images or illustrations, or collaborate with our illustrator for a bespoke design. Note: illustrations incur an additional charge of £30. This phase typically takes 1-2 weeks.

2. Fabric Selection: If you have a fabric preference, we’ll use that; otherwise, we’ll suggest options for your approval.
3. Colour Scheme Finalisation : We’ll finalise the colour palette for your dress.
4. Measurements: We generally require the following measurements:
- Chest
- Waist
- Hips
- Shirt Length
- Shoulders
- Trouser Length
If you're local, we can take measurements; otherwise, we’ll provide a detailed guide.
5. Sketching: Our team will create a size-accurate sketch of your design and send it for your approval. This typically takes another 1-2 weeks.
6. Production: We will keep you updated with process images as we create your item. This phase usually takes 6-8 weeks, with options for expedited orders if needed.

7. Delivery: Your finished item will be shipped directly to you:
- UK and Pakistan : 3-5 working days
- USA and Worldwide: minimum 10 working days
